Lining up all the vendors to be available for your chosen date can be daunting. However, it doesn’t have to be! The trick here is…..PLAN EARLY.
Leaving bookings to the last minute can often result in disappointment. Choose the vendors of your choice ie: wedding cars, celebrant, venue, photographer etc, etc, and approach them for a price and their availability.
If you're happy, book them. Don’t miss out.
At Hervey Bay Kombi we have bookings up to two years in advance.
YOUR PROTECTION
With all the uncertainties in everyday life you need to be aware of what guarantees you can obtain to protect your bookings.
Hervey Bay Kombi will give you a signed written agreement, offering a refund or offer to assist with re-scheduling of your wedding day in the case of any Govt enforced lockdowns or natural disasters that cause the cancellation of your wedding day.
Make sure your vendors are fully accredited. Our Kombi’s are licenced by Queensland Department of Transport ensuring safe reliable transport on the day.
The last thing you need is to use a non-accredited vehicle and have them pulled over on the day by transport inspectors and be held up on the side of the road for up to an hour while fines are issued, and legislation explained.
Make no mistake, this has happened many times and will destroy your special day.
ON THE DAY
Your nerves will be running high as will your anxiety. If you’ve done thorough research and due diligence with the vendors of your choosing, try and relax. These people are professionals and it’s their responsibility to make sure everything runs smoothly.
