ARE  THERE CATEGORY LIMITS?

No! Stalls are sold on a first in, first serve basis.

HOW DO I APPLY?

Head over to the 'Become a Vendor' page and press the BOOK YOUR SITE NOW button. Fill out the form, send your images and public liability and submit. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email, invoice and invite to become a member on the Vendors Portal of this site.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING DEADLINE?

Until all available sites are sold or 1 week prior to the event, whichever is first.

CAN MULTIPLE BUSINESSES SHARE A SITE?

No. Due to Public Liability Insurance purposes, subletting or sharing sites is not permitted. Please see the Vendor Terms and Conditions for more information.

ARE SITE NUMBERS PROVIDED TO ATTENDEES?

Site numbers and locations will be provided to vendors closer to the event. This information will be communicated through the Vendors Portal and is subject to change.

WHAT IS THE GO WITH POWER AND CORDS?

If you require access to power for your display, please ensure that you indicate this on the booking form as there are limited sites available. All leads and accessories are to be supplied by vendor. All power leads and accessories are to be tagged and tested as per the Vendor Terms & Conditions. Please limit your power usage to low voltage items.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SITE?

Once your booking request has been received and assessed, you will receive an approval email and an invoice for payment. Process the payment along with your invoice code by the due date and you're good to go!

WHEN IS BUMP IN/SET UP AND BUMP OUT/PACK UP?

Bump in (or set up) will be from 7am until 9am. All vehicles must be removed from the Star of the Sea staff carpark once items have been unloaded. 
Bump out (or pack up) will be from 1pm until 3pm. 

HOW DO WE HANG SIGNS AND BANNERS ON OUR SITE?

All signs and banners must be freestanding, signage may not be adhered to walls by any means. Please refer to the Vendor Terms and Conditions for further information.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION FOR VENDORS?

Vendor parking is available in surrounding streets and parking spaces. No vendors or attendees are to park in the school staff carpark. We remind vendors that attendees prefer to park as close as possible, and therefore we recommend that you park further away for your  benefit throughout the event.
